Anissa Boulesteix

Driven by a passion for gastronomy from a young age, I decided at 17 to fully embrace the world of cuisine. This profession, as enriching as it is inspiring, has led me to learn from remarkable chefs such as Thierry Marx, Pierre Gagnaire, and more recently with Yannick Alleno at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel.

More broadly, after participating in the French TV show “Top Chef” five years ago, I had the opportunity to work as Executive Chef in several 5-star hotels and palaces.

With CULINÈRE, our mission is to combine hands-on operational expertise with forward-thinking ideas aligned with today’s restaurant industry and evolving consumer trends.
